There are two options:

Q: Are the challenge classes live?
Yes. All sessions are delivered live, with replays available for a limited time inside the private community. Replays are not sold separately.
Q: How does the 5 day challenge work?
Each day the challenge training will run from 12-1pm PST, with backstage additional VIP training with questions from VIP ticket holders from 1pm-2pm PST each day. In the evening you are encouraged to complete the tasks within the window provided.
Q: Will I get direct feedback from Joe?
Only VIP will have backstage access to ask live questions during Q&A. General Admission participants can attend the live training only.
Q: What is a VIP ticket and where can I purchase one?
A VIP ticket is an upgraded experience that guarantees you ask your question during the VIP session. These tickets are limited to 30 each challenge and are first come, first serve. Doors to these tickets do not open until a few days prior to the challenge and the upgrade option will be emailed to the VIP ticket holders first, and then to the general admission ticket holders if spots still remain available.
Q: If I don't have a business yet, or I am not a coach or consultant is this challenge for me?
Because Joe teaches based on principles, this challenge does help business owners from all arenas. We have had people from all types of businesses from creators, to consultants, to small business owners, and coaches who have benefited from what Joe teaches on the challenge. If you don't yet have a business, you are welcome to join. However, be aware that Joe is teaching business principles. If you plan on starting a business it could bring insight as you start your entrepreneurial journey.

We understand that in rare cases, a refund request may arise — and we’ve outlined the policy below to ensure clarity, fairness, and stewardship on both sides.
VIP Tier ($197) - Eligible for Refunds
We want you to get the most value from our challenge! If you attended and participated fully but still feel it wasn’t worth it, you may request a refund after the challenge concludes on Friday. To qualify, you must:
- Attend every day with your camera turned on.
- Complete all assigned homework.
- Submit your completed homework through the refund request form.
Non-Refundable Tiers
General Admission ($47): Refunds are not available for General Admission tickets.
Exceptions:
If you unintentionally purchased a challenge ticket through a upsell or down sell, you may request a refund prior to the official challenge start date.
If you purchased a ticket on the first day of the challenge week after 12 PM PST and do not wish to join the next month’s challenge, you may request a refund.
